St. Augustine City Manager's $18,000 Test Kit Purchase Questioned
Did the City of St. Augustine spend some $18,000 on no-bid internet purchase of dodgy coronavirus "test kits," not CDC approved, without competitive bidding or Commission approval? It's our money. Waiting for answers.
