COME SPEAK OUT JUNE 3, 2025: COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR CONTRACT ON AGENDA --

Dear St. Johns County Commission Chair Krista Joseph, Vice Chair Clay Murphy, Commissioners Ann Taylor, Christian Whitehurst and Sarah Arnold, Ms. Dixon, Ms. Andrews, Mr. Komando, et al.:

A. Item 2 of our June 3, 2025 St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners agenda states in haec verba:
"At the May 20, 2025, BCC meeting, the Board received (sic) consensus to place the CountyAdministrator's contract on the next agenda as a discussion item."
B. There are NO attachments.  Just those 25 words -- that is all that explains June 3, 2025 Item 2.
C. Please attach as additional backup on the County Commission website:
1. All iterations of Ms. Andrews' draft and final contract.
2. All related contract formation documents.
3. All formal or informal evaluations of Ms. Andrews, and any complaints, critiques from Commissioners, Board members, staff and citizens.
4.  Spreadsheets of all of Ms. Andrews' pay, benefits and expenses, including but not limited to those that I requested eight (8) days ago re: her recent Washington, D.C. trip(s).   See May 21, 2025 request, below signature block.
5. All draft and final Statements of Reasons by Commissioners and defenses, if any, by Ms. Andrews.
D. Please place all of this material on the BoCC website by close of  business on Saturday, May 30, 2025.
E.  Our sacred Florida Constitutional Right to Know, and Ms. Andrews' civil and constitutional rights must be protected and not neglected. See, e.g., Florida Constitution, Article I, Section 24 (adopted by vote of 3.8 million voters -- 83% in 1992); Greene v. McElroy, 360 U.S. 474 (1959).
Thank you.

Serious requests only. How unfortunate for Ed that response to these emails is now optional because of the disreputable behavior and misuse of county documents to spread libelous content. Could the county be sued if they distribute documents to sources known for the formulation and distribution of libelous content? What about to someone pending litigation or involved in some sort of ongoing litigation?

"Pete" is a sock puppet with a chip on his shoulder, in love with clearcutting, overdevelopment, secrecy, political patronage hiring (and hires). In love with the County's political patronage hiring of RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO as County Attorney. Hates criticizing government. Knows nothing of First Amendment rights or Florida's constitutional right to Open Government. Hick hack sad sack. Where did "Pete" pretend to be a law student? Who are his friends? Does he have any friends? His artwork is sick and so is he. Pray for "Pete."

Get a clue: no Philistine's Veto on my records requests by pompous patrician punks from Ponte Vedra, or anywhere else. This is America. You are no authority, no artist and no scholar.

Not a scholar, not a gentleman, not genuine. "Pete" won't even use his real name. Your sins have found you out.
