We hope the Humane Society improves its fundraising and reopens as a no-kill shelter

Phil Genovar's concerns are echoed by others whose fundraising suggestions did not come to fruition. I hope that the Human Society shelter will reopen as a no-kill shelter, and that even in trying economic times, the rich guys will pass the hat to protect animals and find suitable homes.
