Another misleading headline in the St. Augustine Record

This morning's St. Augustine Record contains yet another misleading headline, stating that a "trial date" has been set in fired 450th consultant CHARLES SERAPHIN's federal court lawsuit against the City of St. Augustine and Mayor Nancy Shaver. Every federal court lawsuit gets a trial date -- it's in the first procedural order, along with other deadlines for motions and discovery. The St. Augustine Record fails to mention that that a defense motion is likely to end the lawsuit under Supreme Court precedents.
