$10,000 For 450th From St. Johns County Sheriff, or Is It From "St. Johns County Sheriff's Department Four Star Association, Inc.?"
"Celebrate 450!" Ad in newspaper today with "Four Star Association" logo. Sheriff SHOAR has his hooks in our "Celebrate 450!" event. Is it from his dodgy, putative non-profit (long run by WILLIAM BRUCE HARRISS, ex-City Manager) or developers' money, or or from Sheriff's Department funds? Not yet clear from paperwork received from City, which invoiced "St. Johns County Sheriff's Office" on June 29, 2015 (today). Post-450th audit will clarify these things. What do y'all reckon?
