SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR: BULLY, COWARD, VICTIM?

SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR: BULLY, COWARD, VICTIM?

Roy Cohn's AIDS Quilt reminds me of Sheriff DAVID SHOAR. Bully. Coward. Victim. SHOAR's mentor was City Manager WILLIAM BARRY HARRISS, who helped him raise copious quantities of developer CA$H.

Once elected, $HOAR/HOAR was the foreign-funded dodgy developers' boy, getting them votes on County Commission.

Boss or Puppet?

Reading the transcript of the Federal Bureau of Invesigation's tape recording of St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID BERNERD SHOAR f/k/a "HOAR" talking to the late ROGERS TOWERS developer lawyer GEORGE MORRIS McCLURE on June 11, 2008 -- and the gnarly list of still-unanswered questions posed by Record Editor Peter Ellis -- reminds us to inquire: why won't The St. Augustine Record report on the pending FBI INVESTIGATION OF SHERIFF DAVID SHOAR? Waiting for an answer.
