Why is School Supt. Endorsing Corrupt Sheriff SHOAR, Under FBI Investigation?

“Sheriff Shoar has been an incredible partner to the St. Johns County School District for his entire career. The leadership he provides has made our schools more secure and has provided our children the opportunity to maximize their learning in a safe environment.”
— Joseph G. Joyner - Ed. D. Superintendent, St. Johns County Schools

Is School Superintendent JOE JOYNER dragging the reputation of St. Johns County Schools in the mud?  Supporting a schlub like DAVID SHOAR, who is under FBI investigation, and covered up the September 2, 2010 shooting of Michelle O'Connell in the home of Deputy JEREMY BANKS.  On what theory?  This is so wrong .
