1. St. Augustine's dodgy $57, 537.79 website contractor, OLD CITY WEB SERVICES, INC has received bad news: our City is asking for qualifications for a new organization to run the City's user-unfriendly website. It's about time.
2. Responding angrily to my reporting former City Manager WILLIAM BRUCE HARRISS' illegal dumping, longtime OLD CITY WEB SERVICES owner CHUCK NUSBAUM spread libel and Lashon hara for years, directed against me, et al., on local websites.
3. In 2008, CHUCK NUSBAUM threatened to ruin the Gamble Rogers festival when it was going to allow me to distribute literature for the Democratic Party. NUSBAUM was removed from the Gamble Rogers festival computer system. NUSBAUM cursed out my then-boss on the telephone, called her a "liar."

5. WFOY's owner Kris Phillips dumped CHUCK NUSBAUM's radio program in response to the FCC complaint.
6. In 2014, in response to investigations and reporting of ex-Mayor CLAUDE LEONARD WEEKS' destruction of a 210-year old building, Kingston, Pennsylvania native CHUCK NUSBAUM stated about me on a local website: "This is not your town, your town is Mantua New Jersey, You are a disbarred attorney and should be removed from any civic meeting or debate you attend or voice your opinion at. by committing the criminal violation of your oath and criminal acts leading to your disbarment, you have forfeited your right of an opinion in a public debate, You are the slimiest criminal still roaming free on the streets of St. Augustine. This should in no way excuse Len Weeks for his criminal acts but you should be banned from Florida." Huh?!

Wow! "Banned from Florida!" What a devastatingly stupid, judge, jury, and executioner, quote. Especially for someone who provides media services to the city and in effect, in the process, becomes an agent representative of the city. Displaying that kind of off the charts arrogance, and lack of civility and respect, for a member of the community should be cause for immediate termination. Forget about future contracts.
FULL DISCLOSURE: Having had my newspaper, the "Saint Aug Dog", confiscated and banned by the City of Saint Augustine without first having due process, I am overly sensitive to any such form of "banning"and the ignoramuses that call for it.
