Referring to Chicago corruption, Mike Rokyo wrote in Boss that Chicago's Latin motto should be "Ubi est mea? (Where's mine?) How much corruption remains to be uncovered, understood and undone here in our Nation's Oldest City, a/k/a "Chicago writ small?"
