Sheriff Shoar OPPOSES BODY CAMERAS: COPS DON'T NEED TO BE WATCHED!?
Under FBI investigation, Sheriff DAVID SHOAR is diabolically opposed to body cameras for Sheriff's deputies. Wonder why?
