Another racist Michael Gold Historic City News blog headline on DeSantis-Gillum race?
Uses word "monkey"four times: a "wise monkey doesn’t monkey with another monkey’s monkey." How rude and crude, dude.

I certainly hope Mr. Gold is not a racist...we don't need to add to the depressing list of racists here in our quaint town ( esp. considering that he has wormed his way into local politics and has a "voice" with his blog)
I am having a hard time wrapping my head around this...I hate...no loathe DeSantis...with that said I truly am having a hard time believing he purposefully used a racist slur vs his explanation.
Perhaps it is because I am so anti racist...but considering the racist connection to using the word...yeah..Mike Gold really shouldn't be using the offensive word. at all in his op-eds.

But it did same with the word monkey I suppose..which is actually far easier to make the connection as being an insult than calling someone a bundle of sticks.

The title is so utterly senseless I have to say I don't get what he was aiming at...stupid and senseless babble like saying the word monkey 50 times would be.
What exactly is he saying besides stupidity with a dangerous touch of racism? Can you make sense of the nonsense?
In Case Mike reads this...hey Mike...look man you were already dissed once this year for a potentially racist remark and now you purposefully wade right back into the weeds and do it all over again. Knock it off...even if you didn't mean harm it shows a lack of intelligence on your part when we would EXPECT you would have the sensibility to ...well just shut up and lay low on such hot button topics vs barging right back like a drunken elephant.. Mike I assume you get the elephant connection??
