St. Johns County Sheriff's Deputy JEREMY BANKS has filed an amended federal court complaint against FDLE and its Agent, Mr. Rusty Ray Rodgers. Interesting. This one looks like a lawyer wrote it, as to the first iteration, which observers believe might have been written by Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR. The complaint still lacks plausibility and is likely to be dismissed.
