Overcharge? Outrage? Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR and St. Johns County Schools

Rebarbative Republican Reprobate St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR -- coverup artist in the September 2, 2010 shooting death of Michelle O'Connell, still not heard by a St. Johns County Grand Jury after some 1649 days -- is reputedly running for re-election, allegedly circulating re-election solicitations in violation of Florida law.
The two-time President of the Florida Sheriff's Association, DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, this misguided miscreant misanthrope is also allegedly charging our St. Johns County Schools some $53/hour for SJSO personnel to guard schools, resulting in less than 100% coverage.
Other than Mayor Nancy Shaver, who called out SHOAR in her December 23, 2013 letter to the editor, our local elected officials leave much to be desired.
More specifically, are they all blackmailed or otherwise DAVID BERNARD SHOAR's hick hacks, who think he "hung the moon?"
