Tonight I heard one of my heroes, Pulitzer Prize winning investigative reporter Lowell Bergman, speak at Flagler College.
I asked the first question, in Q&A, asking some 500 local residents if anyone thought Michelle O'Connell killed herself.
No one raised their hand.
I said, "Well neither do I."
There was applause.
Heroes like Lowell Bergman, Frontline, The New York Times and other investigative reporters and editors are the only thing standing between America and tyranny.
Thank you, Professor Bergman! Thank you, Walt Bogdanich!
