Devious Dividers, Desperately Exploiting Hurricane Disaster: TODD NEVILLE and Professor JOE SAVIAK's Desperate Smear Campaign Against Mayor Nancy Shaver

Commissioner TODD NEVILLE a/k/a "ODD TODD"

Professor JOSEPH SAVIAK, Associate Professor of Public Administration, Flagler College (HCN)

Controversial St. Augustine City Commissioner TODD NEVILLE and Flagler College Professor Associate Professor JOSEPH SAVIAK, et al. have made malicious, false attacks on Mayor Nancy Shaver, our reform mayor, spreading fear and smear after a Category 3 hurricane.

How gauche and louche.

Professor SAVIAK (who tells me that he has "five college degrees and an eighteen page resume") and Commission TODD NEVILLE have a disaster relief center at NEVILLE's accounting office parking lot (5 Arredondo Avenue) and are taking advantage of a disaster by distributing malicious attacks on Mayor Nancy Shaver, saying that she is "not there."

Arachnid apparatchiks and unenlightened energumen are stating that NEVILLE is the "de facto mayor of St. Augustine!

St. Augustine has a strong city manager and weak mayor form of government, as do most cities in Florida, as $1000/hour consultant, Dr. ROBERT E. LEE, Ph.D., told Commissioners when TODD NEVILLE and City Manager JOHN PATRICK REGAN, P.E. brought him in to lecture them on being "team players." Having attempted to halt Mayor Nancy Shaver from obtaining audits of contractors and minor budget modifications to solve infrastructure problems, NEVILLE now acts as if Mayor Shaver had all the power he would deny her. He can't have it both ways.

No one is asking "Where's City Manager JOHN PATRICK REGAN, P.E." We, the People know better than to be so rude and crude. He had two feet of water in his home.

Our heart goes out to flood victims. Neighbors are helping neighbors. We're holding governments accountable.

But demagogic corporativists are attacking Mayor Shaver.

What lugubrious goobers.

What desperation tactics.

Working at our County Emergency Operations Center, St. Augustine's reform Mayor Nancy Shaver has been working long hours every day to get relief for our City, not hanging out in ODD TODD NEVILLE's parking lot with the Establishment's attack dogs, conducting a phony campaign against Mayor Shaver in the guise of disaster relief.

Awaiting a coherent response from Professor SAVIAK, who may be reached at 904-599-5678, jsaviak@flagler.edu
He cut me short at noon on October 13, 2014.

TODD NEVILLE is the accountant for Flagler College, Flagler Hospital and angry that Mayor Shaver asks questions of developers, including Flagler College and DAVID BARTON CORNEAL, for whose DOW PUD NEVILLE's spouse lobbied, calling opponents haters and insisting "I'm not being paid."

You may contact Flagler College President WILLIAM ABARE to file complaints against SAVIAK, who like every other professor at Flagler College, has no tenure: wabare@flagler.edu, 904-819-6288.

No response from Dr. Abare to a telephone message left on October 13, 2016,

Meanwhile, here's some of the fear, smear and sophistry from smarmy JOE SAVIAK (fired by the Orange County Sheriff for using Sheriff's letterhead to write the Florida Bar, threatening "civil and criminal liability" because he flunked the Bar exam)(see prior story, above):

Having worked closely with hundreds of federal, state, and local elected officials over the last 30 years, I'm still trying to wrap my mind around this:
What kind of Mayor completely ignores one of the largest and most devastated neighborhoods in a small town for 5 full days after the worst natural disaster in a half century?
What kind of Mayor allows her city to irrefutably fail on almost every major and documented measure of disaster preparedness, response, and recovery? A failure so epic that citizens, the county government, and one city commissioner have to take over and lead the city through this.
What kind of Mayor only shows up to an event to get on TV, gets on TV, and then leaves when every other state and local elected official then heads into a devastated neighborhood to see the damage and talk with and help hurting residents?
What kind of Mayor goes to an invitation only wine tasting with her friends and campaign donors during the worst natural disaster to strike our city in a half century instead of going to meet with and listen to suffering elderly residents in destroyed homes?
What kind of Mayor has absolutely no plan to aid or communicate with hundreds of struggling small businesses who could soon be on the brink of extinction due to a major natural disaster?
If you have bulletproof answers to these 5 critical questions, please let me know. Once again, I have never seen anything like this in my entire career.
