CRIMES AGAINST NATURE -- SAB MAYOR RICHARD O'BRIEN ILLEGALLY DESTROYED DUNE AND VEGETATION AFTER HURRICANE MATTHEW?

RECKON OCTOBER 8, 2016 FDEP ORDER OGC 16-1327 REQUIRES THEM TO FIX IT AT THEIR EXPENSE?

On October 8, 2016, St. Augustine Beach Mayor RICHARD BURTT O'BRIEN and his wife directed their hotel employees to dump water from Hurricane Matthew in the Atlantic Ocean, destroying a dune and beach vegetation. Mayor O'BRIEN likely broke violated the Clean Water Act, along with his businesses, including LAFIESTA INN & SUITES, GRACIE HOLDING LLC and
BEACH DEVELOPMENT LLC.

Florida Department of Environmental Protection Secretary Jonathan P. Steverson's October 8, 2016 EMERGENCY RELIEF FOR STORMWATER EFFECTS FROM HURRICANE MATTHEW, FDEP Order OGC 16-1637, gave landowners some leeway in disposing of storm water, but specifically said: "No impacts to dunes or vegetation are authorized. In the event any vegetation is impacted, the Responsible Entity is responsible for restoring the area to pre-project conditions."

FDEP is investigating government watchdog Tom Reynolds' October 17, 2016 National Response Center complaint 1161722 concerning pollution from Mayor O'BRIEN's businesses' water pollution, which Mr. Reynolds was unable to show to St. Augustine Beach Commissioners at their monthly meeting that night due to an unconstitutional injunction obtained by Mayor O'BRIEN under false pretenses of "stalking."

During the October 17, 2016 meeting, Mayor O'BRIEN briefly mentioned seeking governments' help to pay for replacement of dunes destroyed by the Hurricane. The dune destroyed by Mayor O'BRIEN's crews' willful, heedless lawbreaking, without permits or permission, must be paid for by Mayor O'BRIEN.
