FCC Complaint No. 1322398: RADIO STATION WFOY RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION

WFOY Hate Radio Station Owner KRIS PHILLIPS,
ignominiously defeated in her race for mayor against reformer Nancy Shaver,
photographed with Hate Radio Broadcaster RUSHTON HUDSON LIMBAUGH, III
a/k/a "RUSH LIMBAUGH"

KRIS PHILLIPS' radio station nondiscrimination statement omits "color, religion and national origin."   Wonder why?

Subject: Re: Request No. 2016-255: WFOY broadcasts anti-Gay hate speech by Greater St. Augustine Republican Club Chair Martin Miller -- No Response and No Apology

Dear Ms. Phillips:
Please respond.  I have filed a new complaint this morning with FCC, stating inter alia:
1. FCC "rules prohibit discrimination in hiring on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or gender by broadcasters."
2. Radio station WFOY's website states it "does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity and gender."
3. This statement omits color, religion and national origin.
4. I have previously complained to FCC of hate radio station WFOY's airing indecent hate speech against Gays, with Greater St. Augustine Republican Club President MARTIN MILLER stating on June 13, 2016 that 49 people murdered in Orlando "got what they deserved," citing the Bible.
5. Please investigate whether WFOY is discriminating on the basis of its owner's rabid, extremist religious beliefs, established beyond peradventure by refusal to apologize or remedy the June 13, 2016 overt act of indecency.
Thank you.
With kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
Ed Slavin
