The only constitutional officer to support WANCHICK, Sheriff DAVID SHOAR, started speaking at 11:43 AM and continued drooling praise, droning on and on and on until 11:49, taking almost six minutes, ignoring the time clock beeping, stating that WANCHICK is "trustworthy and honest" and "loyal." This is the dishonest man who covered up the Michelle O'Connell homicide.
