SHOAR f/k/a "HOAR" swears this is his last term. Controversial coverup artist under federal investigation.
In the upper right corner of the photo is COMMANDER CHARLES MULLIGAN, SHOAR's brother-in-law and PR flak.
The family that preys together stays together. What do you reckon?

CONTRIBUTED County Judge Charles Tinlin administers the oath of office to Sheriff David Shoar on Tuesday Jan. 3, 2016, at the St. Johns County courthouse.
St. Johns County Sheriff David Shoar took his fourth, and what he has said will be his final, oath of office Tuesday at the St. Johns County courthouse.
He was sworn in, along with all other recently elected constitutional officers, by County Judge Charles Tinlin.
Shoar, who has served in the Florida National Guard and also served as St. Augustine police chief before he was elected as sheriff in 2004, said in a Thursday news release that it is an “honor and a privilege to be allowed to continue serving the people of St. Johns County.”
“To call historic St. Johns County my home while serving in both law enforcement and military circles has been one of my life’s greatest experiences,” he said.
