Former Republican County Commission Chairman THOMAS MANUEL's deadline for a plea bargain has been extended until next Thursday, June 30th.
If there's not a guilty plea, trial starts on August 30, 2009. The public will finally get a chance to see and here the FBI's surveillance and proof of bribery.
