Flagler College Radio FERPA Privacy Violations

On "The Flagler Files," on WFCF-FM (Flagler College Radio) earlier today, I listened in horror during possible violations of federal privacy law (FERPA) by the Flagler College Admissions Director, concerning an incoming student admitted to the class of 2020.

I won't quote here.

Just horrified that, although not naming a name, sufficient confidential information was betrayed to invade a new student's privacy, in the context of "overcoming adversity."

What Godawful unenlightened violations of student rights under federal law.  Almost as bad as the blatant violations of FERPA by the University of Florida Levin College of Law, previously reported.

Here's hoping the re-broadcast and archived versions delete the lawbreaking, or else Department of Education Office of Civil Rights WILL remedy.
