Sheriff DAVID SHOAR: Disclose Your Medical and Psychiatric Records. Now.

No response to my January 27, 2016 request to Sheriff DAVID SHOAR F/K/A "HOAR" for his medical and psychiatric records, some 110 days ago.

In the immortal words of the late William F. Buckley, Jr., "Why does baloney reject the grinder?"

The dishonest lawman who covered up the September 2, 2010 shooting of Michelle O'Connell in the home of Deputy Sheriff JEREMY BANKS (5 years, 8 months and 13 days ago)(2082 days) is in poor physical and mental health, and it shows.

I last saw Sheriff SHOAR in Barnes & Noble on May 10, 2016 -- he looks sick.

Like the murderer Rodion Romanovich Raskolnikov, in Fyodor Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment, Sheriff SHOAR's conscience is bothering him.

SHOAR refused to be interviewed by The New York Times' three-time Pulitzer Prize winner Walter Bogdanich and PBS Frontline.  He looked dodgy on Dateline NBC

SHOAR must answer my Open Records requests. Now.

We, the People, also have a right to see his medical and psychiatric records.  Now.

Dear Sheriff Shoar:
1. I request that you kindly disclose all of your medical and psychiatric records, including post-car wreck treatment, PTSD and all your surgeries, hospital visits, therapies and prescriptions.
2. Your frequent unavailability to other public officials and to the public, your ignoring Open Records requests, your notoriously bad judgment (Michelle O'Connell and other shooting cases, Ford Street incident, etc.) and your reported fainting spells mean that your health is a valid issue for journalistic inquiry. We, the People have a Right to Know. http://archive.firstcoastnews.com/news/article/88575/0/St-Johns-County-Sheriff-David-Shoar-Hospitalized

3. Presidential candidates disclose their medical records. Why shouldn't you?
4. You claim to be running for re-election, right? Is that correct?
Thank you.
With kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
Ed Slavin
