While Governor RONALD DION DeSANTIS and his apparatchiks banned people from local beaches, there was no scientific evidence.  Now, the beach ban has been partly repealed.

Good move.

As Justice Louis Brandeis famously wrote, "Sunlight is the best disinfectant," as I pointed out several weeks ago to our County Commissioner from District 5, Isaac Henry Dean.  See Olmstead v.
