How do we social distance SABCA Concerts by the Sea?

I've asked the County Attorney and County Administrator for any records.  Meanwhile, disgraced former Sheriff's Civil Process Supervisor WILLIAM JONES is busily cyber-stalking a citizen who rightly asked questions about it at County Commission on April 28, 2020.  No class.

Subject: Request No. 2020-160: SABCA concerts and social distancing at Pavilion at St. Johns County Ocean and Fishing Pier Park

Dear Messrs. Conrad and McCormack:
1. Would you please be so kind as to send me the basic architectural diagram of the pavilion at the St. Johns County Ocean and Fishing Pier Park?
2. Please send all memos and proposals from the St. Augustine Beach Civic Association, County Medical Examiner, County Health Department, or otherwise, showing how social distancing could possibly be implemented for future concerts and other events, to include concerts featuring alcohol and dancing in confined spaces?
3. If no such memos and proposals exist, please so state on Monday, May 4, 2020, in time for the 6 pm meeting of the City of St. Augustine Beach City Commission.
Thank you.
With kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
Ed Slavin
