School Board bullies are whining once again (below) about the consequences of their violations of the First Amendment Establishment Clause. Our School Superintendent confuses victimization with being a bully.
One is not a victim because one is sued for being a bully and held accountable.
The School Board would not be sued for First Amendment Establishment Clause violations if it respected the law.
These are self-aggrandizing narcissists, confused and dazed at being told to obey the law by Judge Harvey Schlesinger.
Let them comply with the law and pay the parents' attorney fees, resolving never to violate students' constitutional rights again.
