DAN GELBER's Pouting and Sounds Like a Bully -- His AKERMAN SENTERFITT Law Firm Work in White Collar Crime Defense Requires Investigation, Scrutiny

See below.

When I think of "Attorney General," the first words that come into my mind are "Robert Kennedy."

Robert Kennedy was only 35 when he became U.S. Attorney General. He had never tried a jury trial, either. But he was incorruptible and inspired people.

Newsflash to DAN GELBER: the Attorney General is an Executive Branch job -- he doesn't try jury cases.

GELBER's ageist comments about Aronberg's youth remind me of St. Johns County Commissioner Ben Rich's attacks on Mark Miner in 2008. They didn't work.

GELBER's angry pouting (below) is without substance. He's scared. He won't answer questions about who his clients were at AKERMAN SENTERFITT. He reckons himself above doing pro bono work (which Aronberg did, representing domestic violence victims). While GELBER never used his talents as a prosecutor to represent wrongly convicted people, he used his talents to represent white collar criminal defendants. And he wants to be our Attorney General? Why?

As a stepping stone to run for U.S. Senate in 2012?
