DAN GELBER's AKERMAN SENTERFITT CORPORATE LAW FIRM MOCKED ST. AUGUSTINE ACTIVISTS FOR SEEKING JUSTICE ON ILLEGAL DUMPING IN ST. AUGUSTINE

WILLIAM PENCE, AKERMAN SENTERFITT lawyer at the time, filed in 2008 a snooty, snotty filing claiming that local environmental activists lacked "standing."

AKERMAN SENTERFITT's bad legal advice cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars we could ill afford. What a waste of a good education (attorney WILLIAM PENCE went to the London School of Economics, but doesn't know any more about environmental justice than a hog).
