Controversial developer-driven St. Johns County Commission Chair PRISCILLA BENNETT, a/k/a "RACHAEL" BENNETT, repeatedly told citizens not to applaud speakers opposing sales and gasoline tax increases. Why? Citizens have a right to applaud. This is censorship. (In sharp and marked contrast, rebarbative Republican Commissioners did nothing when bullies called us "Nazis, Communists" and compared us to "Hitler, Stalin and Goebbels" November 1, 2011 for supporting the St. Augustine National Historical Park and National Seashore, www.staugustgreen.com) This ruling is not required by Rule 4.404 of the Commission's procedures.
