Counting chickens before they're hatched

DAVID BARTON CORNEAL, millionaire, is so overconfident and cocky that he states on a Facebook page, that the site of the Dow Museum of Bistoric Homes, which he purchased from the Daytona Museum of Arts and Science, is a "HOTEL."

Nope.  Talk about "counting your chickens before they're hatched."  DAVID BARTON CORNEAL typifies corporate arrogance in Our Town.

Prediction: DAVID BARTON CORNEAL will not build a "hotel" there.  The homes must be preserved as single family.  No more stress, strain and assaults on our Nation's Oldest City and its historic neighborhoods.

Sorry, DAVID BARTON CORNEAL: three will be no Planned Unit Development for your "HOTEL."
