When one thoughtful local Republican lady was asked to sign former St. Johns County Sheriff's Deputy Debra Maynard's petition to run for sheriff against DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, she had but one question: "Is she the one who asked him [Deputy JEREMY BANKS] if he had a shower? I'll sign it."
