"Nest of Vipers?" UF's LORING PARK NO TRESPASSING SIGNS DRAW DISBELIEF, OUTRAGE, CONDEMNATION

Our two City Attorneys have worked with University of Florida's General Counsel to erect six (6) No Trespassing signs on a public park -- their e-mails are a stench in the nostrils of Our Nation's Oldest City. In Burger v. Crocker, 392 S.W.2d 640 (Mo. App. 1965), the Missouri Court of Appeals held: The law does not make a law office a nest of vipers in which to hatch out frauds and perjuries."

St. Augustine City Attorney's office egged on UF to violate First Amendment, eliminating freedom of expression from Loring Park.

Dixie Souder sniffs out "NO TRESPASSING" sign in Loring Park, symbolic of soul sickness, corruption and lawbreaking by the University of Florida and City of St. Augustine lawyers. It's time for a change. Vote to re-elect Mayor Nancy Shaver and to elect Susan Rathbone and Ronald Stafford -- We, the People want St. Augustine to have a welcoming spirit.
