Would you please be so kind as to e-mail me this week PDF copies of any documents relating to former St. Johns County Commissioner JEREMIAH RAY BLOCKER and former 7th Circuit state court judicial vacancy applicant ZACHARY WATSON MILLER and their possible abuse of federal court civil process by causing multiple federal court subpoenas duces tecum to be served during late December 2025, during the holiday period, upon concerned homeowners and other citizens who spoke in opposition to ROBINSON IMPROVEMENT COMPANY's zoning application to build thousands of homes in rural St. Johns County?
2. At least one (1) of the federal court subpoenas in quo states that the concerned citizen is "COMMANDED" to provide, on short notice, during the holiday season some one dozen categories of documents to former St. Johns County Commissioner JEREMIAH RAY BLOCKER's law firm, the DOUGLAS LAW FIRM, at 110 North Magnolia Avenue in OCALA, FLORIDA 34475, located some 89 miles away from our St. Johns County Courthouse and St. Johns County Commission offices.
3. Mr. Ross, et al: Would you please be so kind as to ask St. Johns County Clerk of Courts Brandon J. Patty and our St. Johns County Inspector General to investigate and to conduct a civil, criminal and administrative investigation, as appropriate?
