Mr. Slavin:
The Department researched the project in the news article and listed on the NFTPO long range plan referenced below.

These projects are not the Department’s projects, and were added to the NFTPO long range plan by St. Johns County, not the Department. Subsequently St. Johns County has requested the projects be removed from the long range plan. Attached are the NFTPO documents, however the Department has no Department documents responsive to this request.
