Spoliation of Evidence 102

The University of Florida Levin College of Law claims it could not find several of the nearly 50 letters of recommendation sent to its Environmental and Land Use Planning Law (ELUPL) in support of my application, including an original and two (2) copies of a letter sent by a New York Times reporter.  So I wrote the law school dean and university president on May 15, 2014, asking them to investigate the mailroom.  No response.  Why?
