What is "The St. Augustine Trust For Historic Preservation, Inc.?" Nonprofit Incorporated By Mayor BOLES and Two City Employees

UPDATE: Thursday, October 16, 2014,1:14 PM: City Manager John Patrick Regan P.E. has asked Mayor BOLES to remove his name and the name of Dana Ste. Claire as directors of this corporation IMMEDIATELY. He was not aware he was listed as a director and agreed it was an appearance of impropriety for BOLES to have listed them as such for the last four (4) years.

Wondering about one of the 224 corporations that were incorporated by busy St. Augustine Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, JR.?

One was incorporated with two (2) City employees, City Manager John Regan and 450th Director Dana Ste. Claire, reported to the State of Florida as Directors, 2010-2014, of an "active corporation"
Ste. Claire claims BOLE$ incorporated "to preserve tbe name."
What's going on here?
"Incorporated for historic preservation and historic education purposes?"

The credibility.com website reports $110,000 in annual revenue.

No. There were never any meetings. No reports received. No activity. He needs to request from Boles.

Mr. Slavin, it is our understanding that this entity was privately created and has no official capacity with the City. The only public record that I possess is the brief explanatory email below.

Joe created this to preserve the name. I’m not sure if it is still active. As far as I know, it’s never been used.

Never been used? Why is this nonprofit still active with annual income of $120K for 2014?

Trust for Historic Preservation -- save the name for what? It is incorporated and should be fulfilling its nonprofitness by education in historic preservation.

The place of this nonprofit is 19 Riberia, which is Boles' business office.

If you look at SJC property records, they show 19 Riberia to be a living trust. What is it? A nonprofit or a living trust?

This stinks all the way to Denmark.
