More CORY MARA Deposition Dupery by SJC

Still waiting on St. Johns County to produce the deposition of CORY MARA. County Attorney says file is "in storage" by outside counsel. Our County Attorney actually tried to charge money to look for it, after claiming it didn't exist and was never taken. This position is now inoperative. But Lookie here:

Subject: RE: Cory Mara lawsuit deposition transcripts
Dear Mr. Slavin,
I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your verbal public records request to further research our counsel’s files for “Cory Mara lawsuit deposition transcripts.” Although the Court docket does not include any indication of depositions taken, a case file review of the closed case can be conducted.
Your request is estimated to require at least one (1) hour of staff time to locate, retrieve, and review responsive documents. Per St. Johns County Administrative Code 104.6, the County may request a deposit for costs, if an extensive records search takes more than fifteen (15) minutes to locate, review for exempt information, copy (if requested), and re-file the requested material. Pursuant to section 119.07(4)(d), Florida Statutes, if the nature or volume of the records requested requires the extensive use of information technology resources, or extensive clerical or supervisory assistance, or both, the County may charge an additional special service charge based on the cost actually incurred or attributable.
The total of the above listed estimated staff time totals $27.78. A deposit of $27.78 will be required before the County will begin to collect responsive records. The remaining cost and any additional cost reflecting the actual time and cost incurred may be paid when the records are made available. If the actual cost is less than your deposit you will be refunded the difference.
For your convenience in review, I am attaching the court case filings located on the St. Johns County Clerk of Court’s website.
Thank you,
di
