FBI Investigating St. Johns County Sheriff

Kindly give FBI Special Agents a chance to do their job and be prepared to sing the Star Spangled Banner when they are through -- they've investigating corrupt law enforcement under federal laws. I was plum tickled when they arrested Anderson County Sheriff Dennis O. Trotter in 1984. So tickled I had an interview with the FBI (bad eyesight kept me from going further). I wanted to bust corrupt politicians, as the FBI did in ABSCAM and Operation TENNPAR.

Collusive Schooling In Deception It was the downtown Saint Augustine gangster hijacked government that schooled — and used like cheap toilet paper — DAVID BERNARD SHOAR in the SAPD where he ultimately became Chief before leaving to become Saint John’s County Sheriff. While in the SAPD, DAVID BERNARD SHOAR was an integral lackey tool used by the gangsters downtown in their ongoing pattern and practice of usurping the ‘rule of law’ to virtually gang rape the city residents, retail workers, city employees (yes, even cops themselves), customers of the tourist factory and many others. DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, who inherited former SAPD Chief WILLIAM ROBINSON’S off the books policing system, was responsible for overseeing, and deeply involved in, many of the illegal and immoral arrests previously described. In all of that time he built nefarious and collusive relationships with those he shilled for and worked with him; City Manager Bill Harris, SAPD Public Relations Officer, Joe ‘Teddy Bear’ Bowen, etc. (too many to mention at this time), and many of them (sweet little payoffs) then came to work for him when he was elected anointed Sheriff. What is important to note here is that this is where the business community’s hijacked government colluded with the Blue Wall Of Silence, the SAPD. The SAPD, at the direction of DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, conspired with the hijacked government so as to help them maintain and increase their ill gotten power. It is the arrogance of power produced by that collusion, and the fact that they now have secretive compromising inside information on each other, that has now put the city in such a bad light. Nowhere is this more evident than in the public outrage over the bogus investigation of the death of Michelle O’Connell."
