More Questions Regarding DORAN, WOLFE, ANSAY & KUNDID -- Who Is Its Legal Malpractice Insurance Carrier"

Dear Ms. Ansay:
1. Your firm has refused to answer questions regarding over $3 million in purchases without competitive bidding, pretending to need a majority vote. You are wrong.
2. Your firm has billed over $13,000 for shoddy legal work for three months, failing to do one constructive thing to help the people of St. Johns County confront possible corruption, misfeasance, malfeasance, nonfeasance, fraud, waste and abuse at AMCD.
3. Your firm did nothing to discourage AMCD Chair BARBARA BOSANKO's false police report and civil rights violation on July 10, 2007, in which the Sheriff was wrongfully called on a former Chase Manhattan Bank Assistant Vice President, a current Citibank VP, a former Army Captain and me.
4. Your firm has not given promised advice on civil rights and Sunshine matters, despite promises to do so.
5. Asked for copies of your legal bills, you had AMCD attempt to charge 50 cents per page to discourage public participation.
6. You have refused to answer any of the questions previously posed to you, including whether you're going to bill for the Sunshine violation on July 10th.
7. You have not apologized for anything.
8. Please advise me of the name of your legal malpractice carrier.
9. Have you informed your carrier of your firm's overt acts, including those listed above?
10. Is this same malpractice carrier providing defense for the qui tam false claims case brought involving the Town of Ponce Inlet? Or did that carrier drop you?
Please advise.
Thank you.
With kindest regards,
Ed Slavin
