I'm no fan of Rogers Towers or Chamber of Commerce, but they're right on the SJC Charter

(and Roger van Ghent, Tina McGough and assorted Ponte Vedra rich brats are wrong).

Vote against the Charter. It's not a finished product. There's no Inspector General, no Ombuds and no protection for the rights of Gay and Lesbian employees.

Roger van Ghent and his rich friends from Ponte Vedra brought us a worthless document.

We don't want it.
