Social Security Administration's managers aghast at St. Augustine management's mismanagement

Bats in their belfry? While harassing Social Security disability recipients to distraction, the management of St. Augustine's Social Security office couldn't manage their way out of a bat infestation -- after months of delays, they're moving to a new office. What kind of manager ignores bat poop and noise to the detriment of their own employees, and "custoemrs" of the SSA? There should be a Congressional hearing on this kind of federal nincompoopery.
