Bureaucrat BIRCHIM: "I DON'T WANT TO OVERTHINK THIS!"




DAVID BIRCHIM, City Planning and Building Director, actually said in response to PZB wordsmithing questions aimed at preventing dormitories in residential neighborhoods, "I don't want to over think this."  (January 5, 2016).  Since graduating the University of Tennessee with a graduate degree in urban planning, DAVID BIRCHIM has had but one employer: the City of St. Augustine.  He was the understudy to MARK ALAN KNIGHT, who now represents developers before his former employee and City boards, in possible violation of Florida felony statutes forbidding practicing law without a license -- no City ordinance or resolution confers any privilege of lay representation.  See below.
