I have raised concerns with St. Johns County about ENGLAND THIMMS & MILLER's organizational conflict of interest in working for both St. Johns County and developers.
ZACHARY WATSON MILLER, 43, has applied to be a 7th Circuit Court Judge. Is he qualified? Does he sound like a nascent walking conflict of interest? You betcha. It's up to Governor RONALD DION DeSANTIS to choose from among six certified qualified candidates from the Florida 7th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission.
