The grouchy Facebook page called "North Florida Patriots" is an unsourced, unidentified, unsigned, uncouth, unkind, anonymous blog with some 23 followers.
Anonymous Anonymice are in no position to lecture the good people who live, work, write., garden, hike nd vote here and who identify ourselves in our posts.
The late David Brian Wallace and I first visited here in August 1992, after trial in the landmark environmental and nuclear whistleblower case of Varnadore v. Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Lockheed Martin Energy Systems, Inc.
We promptly fell in love with St. Augustine.
We moved here on November 5, 1999.
Result: I have lived here for 9716 days.
That's 6 years, 7 months, 7 days.
Or 319 months, seven days.
Shortly after we moved here, Brian opined, "It's crooked arnd here!!"
He was so right.
So Klucked up for "North Florida so-called "Patriots" to emit animus and animadversions with an unwelcoming spirit, to wit, "If you don't like it, leave." A
s Patriotic Americans, We, the People have a right to live anywhere we want.
Love this magical place, a cradle of civil rights history. Love our history and nature.
