Why do the heathen rage?

Notice how the right-wing Republicans are unable to control their emotions lately.

Reprobate JOHN LUIGI MICA opposed the stimulus package before he supported it, sounding like a hypocrite in national publications for supporting the rail projects (none for his District) while voting against the stimulus bill.

Former Republicans are defecting and soon we'll see a mass conversion here in St. Johns County, Florida, where elected officials were Democrats until they changed to Republican in the late 1980s, fearing the wrath of Ponte Vedrans and other "white flight" people from Jacksonville and elsewhere, who were registering majority Republican.

Republicans elected an MBA president, whose cofelons and appointees ruined the economy. No more MBAs in the White House, please.

The Republican Party is broken. It has no ideas. Soon Democrats will be on an equal footing in St. Johns County, and the two-party system (instead of Republican oligarchy) will be the rule.

That's why the wingnuts on the local quasi-KKK hate sites are so incensed. They have more than 106 pages on President Obama and more than 60 on me and many on other progressives like Ken Bryan and Judith Seraphin.

"Why do the heathen rage?"

Because the progressive forces of righteousness, openness, candor, transparency and honesty are winning. We have a president who works for the people, not plutocrats and polluters.

As Woodie Guthrie sang, "This land is your land, this land is my land...."

And it doesn't belong to St. Augustine racists or the Wall Street oligarchy of galactically stupid blunderers (or the Oak Ridge oligarchy of atomic blunderers for that matter).

See Mr. Stan Weintraub's letter, below.
