National Response Center Report No. 897178: No Comment from JOHN REGAN and City of St. Augustine on What It's Doing to Trash Maria Sanchez Lake

Earlier today, I sent the following E-mail to St. Augustine City Manager WILLIAM B. HARRISS' heyboy, JOHN REGAN:

What is being done to Maria Sanchez Lake, by whom, for what purpose, at what cost, with what deadline? Is there a project number and permit approval?

Still awaiting a response.
