WFOY Radio station owner KRIS PHILLIPS is unfit to be a candidate for office, like DONALD TRUMP in drag. Her refusal, after 120 days, to apologize or respond to MARTIN MILLER's saying 49 Gays murdered in Orlando "got what they deserved" is a stench in the nostrils of America.  Her running for Mayor of St. Augustine, a nonpartisan race, as a partisan member of the local Hater Republican Party, is a joke.
