When caught committing crimes, cowardly bully WILLIAM B. HARRISS habitually sends his "hey boy," Chief Operating Officer JOHN REGAN, and won't ever appear on camera to answer questions.
Ask REGAN about the ignominious culture of corruption, pollution and secrecy.
Ask REGAN why City officials use minions to trash anyone who asks questions, using the discredited Talk of the Town (off the internet) and its avatar, Plazabum, to cast asparagus and aspersions at anyone who questions the party line.
Ask REGAN why the illegal sewage effluent dumping was kept secret.
No City official has yet to answer any questions about pollution under oath.
Bring your court reporters, video cameras and your Bibles --- ask questions.
