City Attorney RONALD WAYNE BROWN Announces Retirement in the Midst of Lease Scandal
In the midst of the scandal over the $1332.21/month City of St. Augustine commercial lease to two politicians, City Attorney RONALD WAYNE BROWN announced his retirement at the City Commission meeting last night, effective September 15, 2014. Wonder why?
