Still waiting for St. Augustine Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, Jr. to comply with Florida's Sunshine law by affording public comment on every agenda item, as is the practice in St. Augustine Beach and St. Johns County Commission.
You have to scrunch an awful lot in three minutes.
Instead of speaking after an agenda presentation, you speak long before it, without hearing the staff and Commission view.
Is this yet another highly dysfunctional gotcha-government feature learned at the feet of the master, WILLIAM BRUCE HARRISS, former City Manager for Life (retired, after scrutiny by "We the People," in 2010)?
