Why do the heathen rage? Why do the whiners whine? St. Augustine Beach Police Chief ROBERT HARDWICK Complains I Make Too Many Open Records Requests "To Every Governmental Entity in St. Johns County."

Just spoke to St. Augustine Beach Police Chief ROBERT HARDWICK, who got his job through St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR and State's Attorney RALPH JOSEPH LARIZZA. HARDWICK whined and talked a mile a minute, complaining that he had talked to "every governmental entity in St. Johns County" and that they all think that I make too many Open Records requests. HARDWICK says he has discussed this in meetings with other officials. Tell us more, Chief. Reply below. .
HARDWICK twice invited salesmen to make presentations to St. Augustine Beach City Commission -- on red-light cameras on an telecommunications. HARDWICK and the itty bitty city staff sought an eighth of a million dollar five year no-bid contract with WINDSTREAM, in violation of city purchasing rules. We stopped 'em. Twice. He's mad at me now.
As they say in East Tennessee, HARDWICK "bears watchin'."
Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution protects our right to make Open Records requests.
To HARDWICK, they are a punchline, causing manic maniacal laughter on his part on the telephone just now.
In the words of Mister T, "I pity the fool."
I asked HARDWICK if he thought Michelle O'Connell committed suicide. HARDWICK asked why. Because HARDWICK told a citizen so, despite the fact that his investigation for SAO7 showed otherwise. HARDWICK will say and do anything, like other rebarbative Republicans in St. Johns County. Perhaps HARDWICK hopes that if he tells enough fibs, Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR will get HARDWICK elected as the next St. Johns County Sheriff.
So you tell me, do I make too many Open Records requests?
Should I make more?
What do y'all reckon?
